The Friends of Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge appreciates all donations, no matter the amount! All donations assist the Refuge with their financial needs. These include funds needed to acquire, preserve, and protect natural habitats for vanishing and endangered species within the Refuge.
The Friends of Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Donations will be acknowledged with a contribution letter and may be tax deductible. We recommend checking with your tax advisor.
How you can help
Volunteers lead tours, help with biological surveys, do maintenance work on trails and help keep the visitors center area of the headquarters open for the public. Share the Beach volunteers monitor sea turtle nests on the entire Alabama Gulf Coast from Dauphin Island to the Florida state line. You can also participate through monetary donations.
